This is a fast paced 3-hour workshop full of interactive, energizing activities to help illustrate fundamental coaching skills. In this workshop you will experience new ways to train some tried and tested approaches to coaching skills. PLUS you will have the opportunity to take a fresh look at the materials and to share ideas with colleagues.
Therefore providing an added benefit to trainers who may feel stuck in a rut with their current coaching training approach.
This workshop will include a quick overview on the theories and masses of activities around the following:
- The coaching cycle
- Selecting appropriate learning interventions
- The coaching relationship
If you coach others or train others to coach, this workshop will be beneficial to you as it is designed for you to take it on any or all of the following three levels:
Level 1 - is for your own personal development, as you will learn to apply these skills for yourself
Level 2 - is for you to use the skills to help train/coach/mentor other colleagues in the learning and development arena
Level 3 - is for you to use the information to put into your own workshops - these specific sessions will help you design your own workshops to be delivered
So you can choose a level you wish to develop.
