33 1/3 Ways to Liven Up Your Training

33 1/3 Ways to Liven Up Your Training or the main principles of Accelerated Learning principles for all trainers and educators

This is your chance to try out a range of non-conventional tools and techniques including toys, games, icebreakers, energisers and music, exploring why they work and when to use them specifically if you are involved in delivering general management, skills and product training

As well as finding great enthusiasm for the material you have to handle you will learn ways to increase delegate enjoyment, improve their learning performance and help them with their long-term retention of information.

The session is very active, practical and fun and the main focus is to encourage you, as trainers, to use creative training, multi-sensory and accelerated learning techniques to enhance your delegates' enjoyment and learning plus understanding the how, why, what, where and when for each of them

Content overview:

Welcome and introduction including appropriate Icebreakers and Multi-sensory techniques

Energisers - who, what, why, where, when, how and most importantly what does this mean for us and our delegates

Use of Music in sessions - the who, what, why and legalities

Main principles of Accelerated Learning techniques and how we can maximise the effectiveness of them for our participants

All examples and activities used during the session will have relevance to your own training which will ensure you have a starting set of ideas to use immediately within your workshops - the session price includes a kit bag for everyone to take away

It is ideal for your own personal development plus an excellent resource to take away and train your own delegates

Do not forget all our workshops are designed for 3 levels of learning: Level 1 - is for you to personally learn new information to become a better trainer/facilitator

Level 2 - is for you to use the skills to help coach/mentor other colleagues in the learning and development arena

Level 3 - is for you to use the information to put into your own workshops - these specific sessions will help you design your own workshops to be delivered So you can choose a level you wish to develop
