Payment for the sessions will be due at the time of booking either by credit card or payment of invoice. Cancellations of your booked places on the session will be accepted provided one calendar months notice is given prior to the date of the scheduled workshop. You can however transfer your place to a colleague at no extra charge.

Koosh Ball

Introductions – throw the ball to each member of the group randomly and get them to introduce themselves. This could then be repeated with each member having to remember the facts of the person that they throw the ball to
