Ordering from The Training Shop is simple and easy:

Postage and packing costs for all UK deliveries

Standard UK delivery normally 2 - 3 days: 
  • Order value £0.01 - £49.99 = £3.95 + VAT
  • Order value £50.00+ = £5.95 + VAT
Next Working day Dispatch if ordered before 12 noon (not available for books and CDs): 
  • Order value £0.01 - £49.99 = £7.50 + VAT
  • Order value £50.00 + = £12.00 + VAT
We always dispatch either First Class Royal Mail or with our courier service for added speed and protection. We also dispatch worldwide - the website will calculate the cost according to your country code and the size / weight of the items ordered.

Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 14 days post order confirmation. Please note the normal average delivery time is approx 2 - 3 days. If for any reason quicker delivery is required please email us enquiries@thetrainingshop.co.uk or call on 0117 995 0156 to discuss how this can be achieved.

Your right to cancel:

At The Training Shop (UK) Ltd we operate a "No Quibbles" Returns Policy enabling our customers to return items to us up to 14 days after delivery.Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 14 days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of videos, DVDs or CDs where the item has been unsealed or for any printing orders whereby proofing has been agreed.

To cancel a contract, please write to us giving the reason for the return as "Contract Cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and return it to us with the delivery slip so that we receive the goods within 14 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). 
We will also charge an administration fee for goods returned that are ordered in error or no longer required.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
