Our three main consultancy options are detailed below. However, we will also help you to 'pick and mix' any of the sessions from our listed workshops to ensure that the training is tailored to your specific requirements.

• Develop your Trainers...
  As a Training Manager do you want to develop your trainers and build them into a strong, supportive team ? If so, we can run any of our open workshops in-house and tailor them specifically for your training team, taking into consideration the particular needs of your organisation and industry.
   
• Train Non Trainers...
  Do you need to train non-trainers to deliver specific programmes within your organisation (e.g. product launches, induction etc.) ? The Training Shop can develop their training delivery skills so all you need to worry about is the content of the training. Using our tried and tested methods we can help them to build their confidence to deliver valuable, participative and enjoyable training.
   
• One-to-One Coaching...
  Do you feel that you want to give your training a lift but don’t want to attend an open course ? The Training Shop offers one to one coaching to help you. We will sit in on your courses and give you a detailed breakdown of how you could enhance your training by giving you feedback on your skills and ideas for icebreakers, energisers and activities to increase your delegates’ learning and participation.
