Ice Breaker

This icebreaker is most effective if used with groups who have worked together before, either as a work team or in a previous course.

Each delegate has a name card with their name on it. They are instructed to turn this inside out so that their name is hidden. They then answer four question on this blank side.

Cards are read before breaks; group guesses who is who.
