Product Description
The intention of this game is to have you discuss values and group norms. As a result of this you will not only become more aware of what you aspire to, but you will also get to appreciate another person more. Furthermore this game is an aid to reaching consensus in your group, team or organisation, on the values and norms that you all consider to be important. The game may play a part in the process of discussing values and norms, but it should not direct or impose any particular value or norm! There are 63 cards with values depicted for example attention, integrity, reliability etc etc and there are 39 cards noted with subjects for example fraud or corruption, marketing, mature or environmente ct etc so the values can be sorted against the subjects to open dicussions around the values in teams, departments, companies or indiviuals. There are also 38 cards depicting Group Norms for example a roundabout symbolising the various directions that can be taken. This set comes with an instructional leaflet Boxed set of cards plus a comprehensive instruction booklet by Peter Gerrickens & Marijke Verstege REVIEWS
