Continuous improvement – give the delegates a task to complete with the Koosh balls e.g. throwing the ball to each member of the group sequentially. Once they have completed the task ask them to repeat it with additional targets e.g. faster, in reverse order. Keep increasing the targets so that group have to find ways of continuous improvement
